Planetary Gearbox is a power transmission system that consists of 3 parts: Planet Gear, Ring Gear, and Sun Gear. The planet gear rotates around the Sun Gear while the Ring Gear sits outside the Planet Gear.
Planetary gearboxes are normally able to generate more torque since they have more contact points between the gears and therefore are perfect for application where high torque, high efficiency is required.
Planetary gearboxes are available with output Torque starting from 1600 NM up to 1.000.000 NM with ratio ranges from 3 to over 10.000, with variety of accessories to accommodate many types of application.
The high modularity of planetary gear makes it simpler to assemble and replacement can be easily installed ensuring minimal downtime for a production line.
